Weather
The weather module explores the topics of weather, climate and meteorology. You will explore the science of weather, the impact of weather and climate on our lives, and explore related career fields.
Your work will be done by entering information into a pre-made PowerPoint presentation. You will enter weather information as well as information from investigations you conduct.
You will need to check the data on your school's weather station for your observations. To find your school's weather page, click the weather link above or check your school's web site.
To get started:
- Download (and rename) the weather slide show (Office 2007, 2010, 2013) or weather slide show (Office 2003) (select Save or Save As when prompted).
- Complete the slide show by entering in text and images. It will take 10 classes to complete.You should look through all the slides before you begin.
- Hand in the completed slide show.
Be sure to check the instructions carefully
It is important that you follow the instructions contained in the PowerPoint file. Failing to do so can cause problems with your presentation.
